  • PRODUCT INFO

Copuasu (Theobroma Grandiflorum) is the cousin of cacao. Just like with cacao, you can make chocolate from copuasu. And, like cacao, the copuasu beans are first fermented, then peeled by hand after roasting (the shell of copuasu is too thick to winnow). The fat content in copuasu is roughly 50% and has a nutty flavour profile.
